According to him, management makes a difference between good and bad organization and the most important aspect of management is a visionary leadership. He further added that customers have many needs and suppliers makes package of benefits for them. Supplier influences their choice and satisfies their needs in a way they feel better about themselves. Dr. Gary suggested that most of the customers do not know what they want thus a strong observation is required for a successful marketing. You have to notice the best to have the best for your customer. Your competitors are doing the same thing so you have to be skilful’.
Dr. Gary informed that increasing profitability is by increasing sales. Activities in market place have impact on supplier’s ability to grow business. Take right decisions on right time. In the era of inflation and recession there are many powerful messages, as a result the world is changing fast. In the end he said that education is for life, you must keep learning forever otherwise you will stand behind.
In his note to Superior University he wrote that ‘Pakistan is a very exciting country with lot of adventures. In spite of the hustle and bustle the people here are very energetic, committed and hard working. It was a lovely spending time with the students at Superior as they were interactive in all my lectures. I have enjoyed a lot in Pakistan and would definitely want to visit again’.
