Very modern in design, this college has 96 rooms and offers single or shared accommodation to male and female residents. In addition, Barahineban has six rooms that can accommodate residents with disability.

Each bed/study room has a split cycle air conditioner and heating system, a kitchenette and ensuite. The bed/study rooms are comfortably furnished and equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk (or work area), chairs, small table, mirror, notice board, shelves, television, video player, desk lamp, and lockable cupboard. There is also a telephone connection, voice mail system, access to the Internet and telephone for each resident in the room. Residents can make and receive telephone calls from their rooms, and telephone cards are available and may be purchased from the Barahineban Office. Residents may wish to bring their personal items such as stereo, clock, photos, towels and hangers for their own use. Residents will also need to bring their own linen.
