Governance is the process of consultation, communication, and decision-making that devises institutional policies. These policies serve as general guidelines that inform decision-making and the development of procedures throughout the University. The core function of the governors is to develop and implement these policies, which comprise the systems and procedures under which the University is directed and controlled. The Office of the Rector and the Registrar plays a pivotal role in managing governance matters. The Registrar’s office facilitates the functioning of governing bodies and the implementation of decisions.
