The Human Resources department at Superior University manages and oversees all personnel functions of the university. This includes recruitment and staffing, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation and payroll, employee development and training, and other HR-related activities. Our goal is to support and contribute to the university’s mission and vision by attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse and highly qualified workforce.
