The BS Dental Hygiene program at Superior University trains students in oral health assessment, periodontal charting, dental radiography, professional scaling and root planing, preventive dentistry, fluoride therapy, and community oral health education. Clinical training is conducted at the Azra Naheed Dental College (ANDC) and CMATRH (600-bed), with supervised patient care beginning from early clinical semesters.
The curriculum is built around global oral health standards and a preventive dentistry philosophy — preparing graduates for clinical practice in dental clinics, hospitals, community health programmes, and dental public health departments. The 3U1M model ensures one full year of clinical market engagement before graduation.
