Superior University’s PhD Food Science and Technology program focuses on the development of scientific and technological approaches to the study of food and food systems, intending to improve the safety, quality, and sustainability of food. The students get the opportunity to work with the leading researchers in food sciences while gaining a deep understanding of the scientific principles that underlie food production, processing, preservation, and safety. Graduates of the program will be well-prepared for careers in food research and development, food safety and quality, and food policy and regulation.
3.00/4.00 CGPA or 60% marks from an annual system in MS Food Science & Technology, MS Food Technology, MS Food and Nutrition, MS Food Safety and Quality Management, MS Food Service Management or equivalent degree. All applicants are required to pass University Admission Test and Interview.
