BS Avionics Engineering
Build the skills to lead in BS Avionics Engineering
Superior University’s BS Avionics Engineering program is designed to equip the students with broad-based technical knowledge, enabling them to meet industrial requirements and carry forward applied research in various dimensions of Avionics. The qualified faculty nurtures well-groomed graduates who are capable of applying engineering principles, processes, and practices in order to design, develop, and evaluate avionics systems as well as manage their maintenance.
Eligibility Criteria
60% Marks in FSc. Pre Engineering/ICS/A-Levels (Cambridge Students) having IBCC Equivalence Certificate /DAE*(as per PEC policy) + Entry Test
The Bachelor of Science in Avionics Engineering was launched by Superior University with the approval of Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) from Fall-2014. B.S Avionics Engineering is a four-year degree program, approved by HEC and Accredited by Pakistan Engineering Council for students who aims to excel their academic and professional career in booming Aviation and Aeronautics industry. Avionics Engineering is the study of the electronics systems used in aviation sector. It is a short form of Aviation Electronics. Avionics Engineering deals with the design, development, testing and maintenance of electronics and communication systems in the machinery that can fly in Air and Space also known as Aircrafts and Spacecrafts. The applications of Avionics Engineering are vast and are not only limited to the Aviation Industry rather they cover most of the indigenous fields of engineering, therefore have a broader job market and wider scope. BS Avionics Engineering program covers a wide variety of engineering disciplines and is considered as one of the most diverse fields of engineering. The major fields offered during the four-year BS Avionics Engineering program include but are not limited to Instrumentation & Control, Antenna & Microwave, Radars, Communication, Guidance & Navigation, Satellite Technologies, Embedded Systems and Artificial Intelligence.
After obtaining a degree in BS Avionics Engineering, our students can get the opportunity to work for prestigious government and private sector organizations in the capacity of design engineers as well as Aviation Sector as Avionics Maintenance Engineer. Our students are equipped to not only excel at National Level but also go for higher studies abroad and exhibit exemplary performance at International Level as well. We prepare our graduates for Global job market where Aeronautical related fields are one of the highest-paying careers in the world.
