Widespread poverty severely limits many people’s access to food, leaving thousands of Pakistanis food insecure. These families don’t know where their next meal will be coming from and they often ration what little food they have, sending their children to bed with empty stomachs more often than not.
An important part of the Holy Month of Ramadan is the act of giving and helping the less fortunate. Since the pandemic has worsened the living conditions of many, now more than ever, it’s time to help out any way we can.
Mission Esaar – Donate Smile Basket, a campaign launched by Superior University to fund free food packs in multiple cities across Pakistan, making it one of the largest food drives. The food packs provided a family with healthy and nourishing food supplies such as oil, rice, wheat, salt pulses and more.
With the support of many generous individuals, Superior University had helped more than 51,000 people across Pakistan and aim to extend this noble cause to at least 500,000 people by end of 2021.
It is our duty and mission to reach out and offer assistance to those in need throughout the year and to help improve lives. But we can’t do it without the support of our donors, who are responsible for the change we bring to people.
