Sustainability

Use of eco-friendly ingredients and minimal food waste.

Plating Requirements

Each competitor must  prepare and present *2 portions* of their main
course:

  • 1 portion for the jury
  • 1 portion for display
Portion Consistency

All portions (including those for the jury and display) must be identical in size, presentation, and quality.

Jury Plate Selection

The jury will select one plate from the submitted portions for detailed evaluation and feedback.

Feedback and Evaluation

Feedback and notes provided by the jury will be used for assessing the practical cookery. Competitors should review these notes alongside
the event brief for comprehensive understanding.

Preparation and Presentation

Ensure that all portions meet the competition standards for taste, presentation, and sustainability. Consistency across portions is crucial
for fair judging.

The scholarship awards will be subject to Superior University’s Scholarship Policy.
