MS Project Management Professional Track (1.5 Years)

Project managers are accountable to multiple stakeholders—clients, teams, sponsors, and end-users. This program builds leaders who communicate honestly about project status, report risks transparently, act with integrity under pressure, and never hide problems. Character-driven managers earn trust through consistent, ethical decision-making that prioritizes long-term relationships over short-term gains.

Projects routinely face schedule compressions, scope conflicts, budget constraints, and unforeseen risks that require difficult decisions under uncertainty. Students develop the courage to make tough calls decisively, stand behind their judgments, advocate for necessary changes, and take responsibility for outcomes. This courage extends to escalating problems early and managing stakeholder expectations honestly.

Students develop advanced technical and strategic competence in Primavera P6 and MS Project scheduling, PMBOK risk management frameworks, Agile and Scrum methodologies, portfolio and program management, contract and procurement management, stakeholder communication, and applied capstone delivery. Competence spans both construction and corporate project environments with PMP-aligned practice.
