The Superhero Launchpad Buddy Programme
The Superior Buddy Programme is an inclusive initiative that connects international students with experienced Superior University peers to ensure a smooth, supportive, and inspiring transition into university life. Through mentorship, cultural exchange, and peer-to-peer guidance, the programme fosters a welcoming community where new students feel at home, build meaningful connections, and gain the confidence to thrive academically and personally. Rooted in Superior’s vision of empowering students to become impactful leaders, the Buddy Programme helps protégés embrace new opportunities, develop entrepreneurial thinking, and create lasting social and economic impact.

Mission
To provide an excellent, transformative, and inclusive onboarding experience that equips new students with the knowledge, community, and mindset to master their character, develop Entrepreneurial thinking, and begin their journey of creating social and economic impact.
WHO CAN TAKE PART?
Guide (Mentor): Any student from Superior who are at least in their 3 academic semester can register as buddies. International students in higher academic semester can also register as buddies and share their experiences.
Protégé (Buddy): Any International student can join the Buddy Programme. This includes Bachelor’s, Master’s and above (PHD) students.
