The BS Diagnostic Ultrasound Technology program at Superior University trains students in the full clinical scope of medical ultrasound — covering ultrasound physics, instrumentation, abdominal and pelvic imaging, obstetric and foetal medicine, gynaecological, musculoskeletal, vascular, Doppler, and echocardiographic ultrasound. Hands-on clinical training takes place at CMATRH (600-bed in-house hospital) with state-of-the-art ultrasound labs and supervised clinical rotations, alongside a compulsory one-year clinical attachment.
The curriculum positions graduates as skilled diagnostic imaging specialists — capable of performing independent sonographic examinations and contributing directly to clinical diagnosis in hospitals, diagnostic centres, and imaging departments. The 3U1M model ensures one full year of market-level clinical practice.

TRANSFORMATIONAL JOURNEY

Discover your 3C Advantage

Character

Diagnostic Integrity That Protects Patients — An ultrasound report directly influences clinical decisions, surgical planning, and patient outcomes. This program builds sonographers who document findings accurately, acknowledge limitations honestly, and never allow commercial

Courage

The Courage to Report What the Image Shows — In obstetrics, a normal scan brings relief. An abnormal finding demands the courage to report it clearly, compassionately, and accurately. Students are trained to communicate difficult diagnostic findings with clinical confidence and human sensitivity.

Competence

Full-Spectrum Ultrasound Competence — Students develop hands-on competence across 2D, 3D, 4D, Colour Doppler, Power Doppler, transvaginal, and PACS systems — performing abdominal, obstetric, gynaecological, vascular, musculoskeletal, and echocardiographic examinations to international diagnostic imaging standards.
