Full-Spectrum Renal Replacement Therapy Competence — Students build hands-on competence in haemodialysis machine operation, RO water treatment, CRRT, peritoneal dialysis, vascular access care, anticoagulation management, and quality assurance — producing dialysis technologists capable of independently managing complex dialysis patients in any renal unit.
