The BS Speech Language Pathology program at Superior University trains students in speech and language assessment, swallowing and dysphagia management, paediatric language development, autism spectrum disorder intervention, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), neurogenic communication disorders, fluency disorders, and voice therapy. Clinical placements at CMATRH and partner rehabilitation hospitals use specialized speech therapy labs with assessment and therapy equipment.
The interdisciplinary approach — integrating with physiotherapy, neurology, and paediatrics — reflects the reality of SLP practice in multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams. The program is built on evidence-based practice and research, preparing graduates for clinical, educational, and research careers across Pakistan and internationally. The 3U1M model ensures one full year of clinical market engagement before graduation.
