The BS Surgical Technology program at Superior University trains students in the full operational scope of the surgical environment — surgical instrument sets, laparoscopic and endoscopic equipment, sterilization and CSSD management, electrosurgical units, patient positioning systems, and surgical team support across all major surgical specialties.
Clinical placements in active operating theatres at CMATRH (600-bed in-house hospital) give students real surgical team experience from early semesters — covering general, orthopaedic, neurosurgical, cardiac, thoracic, obstetric, and gynaecological OT procedures. The 3U1M model ensures one full year of OT market engagement before graduation.
